Copyright Infringement Claims

ADEN'S LAB respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated copyright agent with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Describe the work that you claim has been infringed
  2. Identification of the infringing material: Provide specific URLs or locations where the infringing material can be found
  3. Your contact information: Include your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  4. Statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
  5. Statement of accuracy: A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  6. Physical or electronic signature: Your signature or the signature of someone authorized to act on your behalf

False Claims
